This post will be the last notice on our main blog about any service problems or planned maintenance. We have created a new blog at status.boxedice.com that you can subscribe to be notified of upcoming maintenance. We will also keep it up to date when we experience any service affecting issues.
Server Density Maintenance
On Saturday 13th Feb 2010 and 12:00 GMT, we will be taking the service offline to switch over to a new database configuration.
This outage will last a few minutes at most and will affect all monitoring services provided by Server Density.
Once the service resumes we will pause alerts for a few minutes to prevent any false “no data” alerts – all servers should report in within 60 seconds of coming back online.
