Scheduled Maintenance 19th Sept 2009 10:00 GMT

Update 10:11 GMT – The maintenance has been completed and all systems are now back online.

Tomorrow morning (19th Sept 2009) at 10:00 GMT we will be conducting essential maintenance on our servers which will require a brief period of downtime. This is due to a critical kernel upgrade required to patch a number of security issues recently discovered in the Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating system.

We expect downtime to last no more than 20 minutes and during this time our websites and all Server Density accounts will be unavailable. Data will not be collected from your servers during this time but will automatically resume immediately when the servers are back online. We will be pausing all ‘no data’ alerts for a few minutes after the service becomes available again to ensure no unnecessary alerts are generated.
