If you have a dedicated server you can’t beat Aptimize, we use it on our 3 corporate sites and intranet and it automates good optimization practice – it saved us a lot of time in manual optimization.

We are definitely experiencing a higher level of user interaction and satisfaction since increasing our page load times.

These are code caches, they don't cache data, objects or HTML, but they do seem to cut page generation times in half by cutting down app initialization overhead on each request. On pages with a lot of components, initial page load time is just part of overall load time, but nothing else can get started until the it is served.
